I have been the golf professional at Minehead & West Somerset Golf Club for over 28 years.

Our aim is to give extremely competitive prices and reliable service, we are always happy to answer the phone to help with any golf related problems.

We are stockists of most major brands and only list items on eBay that we hold in stock, if there is an item that we do not list that you are looking for please call us on 01643 704378 (option 2).

We take the feedback and concerns of our customers very seriously, if you have any concerns, problems, or queries regarding your order then please contact us on 01643 704378 (option 2).


We kindly request that all complaints are raised with us and that we are given the opportunity to resolve the complaint prior to leaving negative feedback, we will challenge any negative feedback where we have not been provided the opportunity to resolve the complaint.

Our returns policy only applies to UK customers, for all non UK customers please contact us to discuss any issues you may be experiencing.


Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.


We must be notified of any unwanted items within three days of receiving them, we will only accept them back unused in the condition and packaging that they were sent to you in.


We will arrange for them to be collected from you, unfortunately this will have to be at your cost and often attracts a higher postage fee, alternatively you can arrange for the postage (no guarantees will be provided until official receivership is confirmed, we recommend that recorded delivery is always used) once the item/s have arrived back to us they will be checked and email confirmation provided along with the condition assessment within 1 Business Day (24hrs).


Where the condition is satisfactory then a refund will be issued, using the same payment method as the item was purchased. 


Refunds will be paid for the full item cost less any return postage costs incurred.


This policy will not affect your statutory rights.
